Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate the CEO's schedule, and provide executive and personal assistance to ensure the CEO's time is used efficiently to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings, travel, and commitments with precision and foresight.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements both locally and internationally.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, correspondence, and reports as required by the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive organisational and personal information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support the CEO in tracking priorities, follow-ups, and action items arising from meetings.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to ensure seamless day-to-day executive operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in executive administrative assistance and personal assistance, including maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle diary management and scheduling with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and adaptability to dynamic organisational needs.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
